Meet our trainers

Ben Stevens

I bring a balance of experience and passion to the realm of personal training. With a solid foundation as the proud owner of  Warehouse Gym, I have cultivated a dynamic environment that fosters the pursuit of fitness goals. As a qualified trainer, I draw on my diverse background in amateur boxing, strength training and my current involvement in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where I proudly hold a blue belt.

My journey in the fitness industry is not just a profession but a way of life. Through my own experiences in combat sports and my ongoing commitment to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and competition, I understand the transformative power of physical fitness. This understanding fuels my dedication to help men achieve their fitness objectives, emphasizing not just the physical aspects but also the mental and emotional components of well-being.

Beyond the gym and the mats, my role as a parent adds a unique dimension to my approach. Balancing the responsibilities of training with being a father to my energetic 5-year-old daughter has deepened my understanding of the importance of health. This firsthand experience informs my coaching philosophy, encouraging a sustainable and balanced approach to fitness that considers the demands of both personal and family life.

My mission extends beyond merely instructing exercises; it involves guiding individuals towards a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. My goal is to inspire and empower my clients to surpass their fitness aspirations while maintaining a healthy balance in all aspects of their lives.

Tayla Kaulins 

Tayla has been a coach for over 4 years and specialises in strength and resistance training, weight management, women's health, and powerlifting. She's taken clients to powerlifting competitions state-wide and has been competing herself for a little over 3 years. She's helped people navigate through their injuries, helped them reach their goals through training and nutrition, and has a bit of banter along the way. Certifications: Cert Ill and IV in Fitness Diploma of Nutrition "The Ultimate Strength Athlete" by Sebastian Oreb "Breathing and anatomy" by Dr Daniel Kirkbride "Navigating back pain and movement" by Anthony Hawke "General Physical Prep. of Plyometrics" with Angus Bradley.
